SOCIAL CLUB
INGREDIENTS:
1½ oz. KIN bourbon
½ oz. Dry Vermouth
1 large dash of Absinthe
¾ oz. lemon
¾ oz. Raspberry Syrup
1 Egg White
METHOD:
Add all ingredients to a shaker without ice and dry shake. Add ice and continue to shake. Strain into a cocktail glass.
GARNISH:
Freeze dried raspberry
